Following his legal education at the University Law College, University of the Punjab, Ahmed Ali Raza commenced his legal practice with Sardar Latif Khan Khosa Law Chamber, where he was engaged in criminal litigation and gained substantial experience in criminal trials, along with exposure to civil and constitutional matters. His practice during this period involved courtroom proceedings, legal research, trial preparation, and representation in matters before the courts.
Over the course of his practice, Ahmed has represented clients in a range of legal matters and has continued to develop expertise in dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He is a recognised mediator by the Civil Mediation Council (UK), the International Mediation Institute (IMI), and the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI).
In addition to his legal practice, Ahmed has contributed to professional and institutional initiatives relating to dispute management and legal development. He serves as an Advisor in Construction Dispute Management in collaboration with the Institute of Engineers Pakistan (IEP) and is the Founder and Chair of the Young Mediators Forum, an initiative focused on promoting professional engagement and awareness in dispute resolution.
His professional engagements also include participation as a Member of the International Track II Working Group on Middle East Peace, reflecting his broader involvement in dialogue, negotiation, and international dispute resolution initiatives.
